SCHETTLER Zeolite Organic Tooth Polishing Powder – Type 6 – Refill Bag

I’VE ACQUIRED A TASTE FOR IT! - The new Type 6 with zeolite - in a kraft paper refill bag.

Our zeolite tooth powder offers several advantages: first, the zeolite itself, a natural mineral from volcanic rock used for various medicinal applications, such as improving gut health. The particle size is 4 micrometers, making it perfectly suited for binding toxins; at the same time, the particles are large enough not to enter the bloodstream.
For the tooth powder’s especially pleasant taste, we have blended plant fibers from tequila agave, lemon myrtle, and lemons, along with mint, cardamom, and salt – and the result is a highly effective dentifrice that also tastes delicious!

Based on our experience, as well as feedback from our tooth powder users, our powders are particularly effective in removing tartar and healing periodontitis. Gum inflammation is caused or exacerbated by bacteria, among other things. These collect on food residues in the small spaces between teeth and gums. Our tooth powder, whose mechanical cleaning action is primarily provided by Rügen healing chalk, cleans perfectly into the smallest corners.

SCHETTLER's tooth powders are blended entirely from natural ingredients. We avoid surfactants, sugar substitutes, or synthetic fluorides, opting instead for mineral abrasives, salt, and refreshing herbal extracts.

By law, all ingredients on cosmetic product labels must be listed using international terminology – not only that, but any potentially active allergens must also be named. These so-called INCI names cause uncertainty for many people. That is why we are providing you with a translation of the INCI list here:

Mineral & cleansing base ingredients

• CALCIUM CARBONATE (Rügen healing chalk): A mild, mineral abrasive that removes plaque mechanically but gently.
• MARIS SAL (sea salt): Has a disinfectant effect, stimulates saliva flow (which promotes the self-cleaning of teeth), and strengthens the gums.
• ZEOLITE (zeolite): A natural volcanic rock powder. It serves as a gentle abrasive and binds toxins and acids in the oral cavity.

Plant-based active ingredients & herbs

• BACKHOUSIA CITRIODORA LEAF (lemon myrtle leaves): Has a strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect in the oral cavity and provides a fresh aroma.
• AGAVE TEQUILANA LEAF EXTRACT (blue agave leaf extract): Has a moisture-binding and soothing effect on the gums.
• CITRUS LIMON FRUIT POWDER (lemon fruit powder): Adds flavor and supports cleaning with its natural fruit acids.
• MENTHA PIPERITA LEAF (peppermint leaves): Dried, finely ground leaves for flavor, gentle abrasion, and freshness.
• ELETTARIA CARDAMOMUM SEED POWDER (cardamom seed powder): A traditional spice for fighting bad breath; has an antibacterial effect.
• CITRUS LIMON PEEL OIL (lemon peel oil): Essential oil that is not added but is contained within the lemon fruit powder. It has an antibacterial effect and provides a fresh taste.
• MENTHA PIPERITA OIL (peppermint oil): Essential oil that is not added but is contained within the peppermint powder. For that classic, cooling mint flavor and fresh breath.

The following substances must be declared individually in the EU above a certain concentration, as they may trigger allergies in sensitive individuals. They have not been added artificially, but occur naturally in the mint and lemon powder:

• MENTHOL, CITRAL, LIMONENE, PINENE, GERANIOL, LINALOOL
