Quote from the German Civil Code (BGB) §312g Right of Withdrawal: Consumers have a right of withdrawal pursuant to § 355 for contracts concluded away from business premises and for distance contracts.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must inform Weiß & Schettler GmbH, Farmweg 1a, 19063 Schwerin, Germany, email address: post@zahnputzpulver.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, via contact form, or email) of their decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Important note:
For hygiene reasons, toothpaste powder, cosmetics, personal care items, and food products cannot be returned. If the buyer nevertheless cancels the contract, they will bear the return shipping costs and any loss in value of the unsaleable products.
