Shipping policy

For wine orders: Shipping is only available within Germany and is limited to 18 bottles per order. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and can range from €6.50 to a maximum of €9.50 per shipment.

We are required to verify your age and will request a copy of your ID via email after receiving your order. The person placing the order and the shipping address must match the information on the ID; the ID must be valid.

For all other orders:

(1) Shipping to destinations in Germany:

Free shipping is available for orders totaling €20 or more.

For orders under €20, we charge €2.99 for shipping, with one exception: For some refill packs, we charge only €1.99 for shipping.

(2) Shipping to destinations in EU countries (excluding Germany):
For orders under €50, we charge €5.99 for shipping.

For orders of €50 or more, shipping is free.

The online shop is automated and only accessible to EU countries. If you are unable to order from our shop in your country, then shipping to your country is not possible.

(3) Shipping costs apply only to orders of up to 10 products per shipment, excluding wine. For orders containing wine bottles, shipping costs are calculated by weight, with a maximum of €9.50.

Larger order quantities are possible upon request.

(4) Goods are generally delivered by mail to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Standard shipping is handled by DHL or Deutsche Post and usually takes place on the first business day after the order date. For orders paid in advance, the shipping date is determined by the receipt of the full invoice amount in the seller's account. Delivery time within Germany can typically be up to 4 days; outside of Germany, it may take slightly longer.

(5) If delivery of the goods fails due to reasons attributable to the buyer, the buyer shall bear the costs incurred by the seller as a result.

(6) Delivery is made using the shipping methods available in the online shop. The buyer may only place an order if they agree to the available shipping methods and timely delivery is possible. There is no entitlement to a specific (unavailable) shipping method.
