ORGANIC OVEN FETA SPICE BLEND 90g - Greek-inspired

Baked feta is delicious in itself, but what if we sprinkle the cheese with a generous pinch of SCHETTLER's OVEN FETA spice blend before baking, add a tomato and plenty of olive oil to the baking dish, and bake it for 20 minutes at 200°C?
Then we have a specialty, just like you know it from Greece.
During a trip to the Greek island of Kassandra, our chef Falk Schettler discovered this spice blend and has been using it for many years. The oven-baked feta was legendary at the Schweriner Strandperle (when Falk Schettler was in charge of the kitchen). This specialty is always available at his food truck events with SCHETTLER's "Dining Car" and at the regular "WINE LOADINGS" in SCHETTLER's Event Kitchen.
For all those who cannot attend, this ingenious, Greek-inspired spice blend is now available for home.
