We produce your mustard to order and with the best organic ingredients: organic yellow mustard flour, Austrian organic malt vinegar, organic cane sugar, organic salt - and water. Uniquely fruity and spicy in taste.

You order - and we mix the fresh mustard and send you your jar. Of course, you have to try it immediately and you will find that the mustard smells wonderfully fruity and tastes delicious, but is still quite hot. Then simply screw the lid back on and store the mustard in a place without direct sunlight.

After a week, our "JUST FOR YOU" - organic mustard on demand tastes simply perfect with everything that goes with mustard, e.g. frankfurters, egg or beer ham.
And it tastes best 2 to 6 weeks after production. After that, it loses its pungency and spiciness.
