Made from Carignan, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre - some of these grape varieties sound unfamiliar to the usual North German wine drinkers, but with the first sip of this cuvée it is clear: We are dealing with an exceptionally strong, dark wine, red berries, herbs and wonderfully suited to a hearty goulash, veal schnitzel or simply old hard cheese.
